How we make it
This cushion cover is pale green Matka silk on the front, which has a matte finish. It is hand block printed, and the Bulrush motif is then enhanced with a Taka (running) stitch, which outlines the motif rather like braille.
The cushion is backed with plain ‘old green’ Dupion silk. The embroidery is dark green and white.
- Cushion cover closes with a top quality YKK invisible zip.
- We make the covers slightly smaller than the inners they’re made for, as we like a snug fit.

Fabric Care
- Silk may fade in direct sunlight.
- Hand wash with mild detergent in cool water or dry clean.
- Line dry, do not tumble.
